I will explain the mechanical systems to you during the inspection.	I supply you with a document You'll Keep and Use for as long as you own your home. Everything we inspect is documented in your report.You're actually purchasing information and expertise. You should be able to reference that information at anytime and know it will be in good condition. Like the day you bought it. So we do it right. No cheap, high school book report covers. Instead, you'll receive your report in a high-quality binder that's attractive and durable. You'll be pleased with the quality of your report.	Information is knowledge. My professional report will detail the findings of the inspection and thoroughly check the details of your new property as follows:

• WDO (wood destroying organisms) inspection ( Structural Pest Inspection)
• Grounds ( Property layout)
• Exterior components (finish & materials)
• Decks, sunrooms, porches, stoops and attachment structures
• Foundation structure, drainage and utility feeds
• Roof materials, approximate age and lifespans of installed components
